What are your rates?

My base rate for in-person organizing is $100 per hour. I schedule half-day sessions in 3-hour blocks at $300 per session. See pricing for information on package pricing and discounts. I also offer virtual organizing services at $75 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum per session.

What is included?

A half-day is a 3-hour session with me working hands-on in your home. The fee also includes any additional time spent shopping for needed supplies, designing layouts and organizing solutions, communicating with you by phone or email, and hauling trash or donation items after your session. (Haul away is limited to one carload per day.)

Reimbursements for supplies purchased and direct services will be billed separately, and you will be provided with copies of all receipts. You will never be surprised by a bill from me; all expenses will be approved prior to purchase. Examples include: storage bins and containers, custom labels, and shredding services.

Do you charge a travel fee?

I primarily serve clients within 60 minutes round-trip travel time of my Rancho Cucamonga, CA home office. However, I am available to work with clients in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange counties. Travel fees beyond 60 minutes are quoted at $75 per hour. For example, if you are located in Long Beach with an estimated round-trip travel time of 180 minutes, you would pay a $150 travel fee for the additional 120 minutes of travel beyond 60 minutes. This fee can be incorporated into your package pricing, and I can also schedule back-to-back sessions (2 per day) to maximize our time together.

Why start with a phone consultation?

Every client has a unique set of needs and circumstances. A quick 30-minute phone call is the best way to establish if we will be a good fit to work together. If we decide to move forward, this call is a great opportunity to set up a time for an in-person consultation which is also free of charge.

How should I prepare for the in-person consultation?

There is no preparation required on your part before I arrive at your home for our initial consultation. All you need to do is be there and ready to walk me through your space. I will ask questions and get to know your household and project needs. We’ll discuss the best approach to get you to your goals, and I will be happy to answer any questions that come up.
